Refund
If you wish to cancel your flight, you can choose to receive the refundable amount as travel credit for future use or as a refund* to your original payment method. The applicable cancellation fee will be deducted in accordance with your fare rules.
* Not applicable for bookings booked with "Basic" fare.

1. For group bookings, modification and cancellation charges may vary. Please contact your issuing agency.
2. Basic fare: You can modify your booking once up to 24 hours prior to flight departure with a minimum modification charge of PKR 4500, cancellation can also be done up to 24 hours prior to flight departure with a minimum modification charge of PKR 5500.
3.Value fare: You can modify your booking once up to 12 hours before the scheduled flight departure without a modification fee (fare difference applies). You can also cancel your booking up to 12 hours before departure. You can choose to receive the refundable amount as Fly Jinnah travel credit with a cancellation fee of PKR 4500, or choose a refund to your original payment method with a cancellation fee of PKR 12,000. No modifications are permitted within 12 hours of the scheduled flight departure.
4. Ultimate Fare: You can modify your booking up to two times up to 6 hours before the scheduled flight departure without a modification fee (fare difference applies). You may also cancel your booking up to 6 hours before departure. you can choose to receive the refundable amount as Fly Jinnah travel credit, or choose a refund to your original payment method with a cancellation fee of PKR 7000. No modifications are permitted within 6 hours of the scheduled flight departure.
5. Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional, free, or gifted tickets.
6. In case of No-Show passenger ticket is forfeited and only Govt. Taxes can be claimed. -

2. Fly Jinnah does not have a refund policy for bookings confirmed on Basic fare once the booking is paid for. On cancellation, Fly Jinnah will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.
