Travel updates
Flights to and from Saudi Arabia are operating as usual. Fly Jinnah has also resumed operating a limited number of flights to and from the UAE, subject to operational and regulatory approvals.
Passengers wishing to travel may book available flights through the Fly Jinnah website, mobile app, or travel agents. Passengers whose flights were previously cancelled may also rebook if they have not yet used their modification or refund option.
Passengers whose flights remain cancelled will be notified, and the following rebooking and refund options will apply.
Rebooking & Refund Options
Passengers booked on cancelled flights are eligible for one of the following options:
- One free date change within 30 days
- A full credit voucher
- A full refund to the original form of payment

How to Manage Your Booking
- Booked directly with Fly Jinnah (via our website or mobile app): You can manage your booking online through the Manage Booking page and select your preferred option for the cancelled flight. You may also reach out to our Live Chat support team for assistance in case of any difficulty managing your booking online.
- Booked Through a Travel Agent: Please contact your travel agent directly for assistance with changes or refunds.
