Lost or damaged baggage

If you would like to submit a complaint about your lost or damaged baggage, please click here.

Fly Jinnah does its best to deliver your luggage at the scheduled time of arrival. In case your luggage is lost, and we are unable to trace it, our liability for lost or damaged baggage is limited to PKR 1,000 per kg and a maximum of 20 KG per passenger for the domestic flights. For international flights, our liability for lost or damaged is limited up to Special Drawing Rights (SDR) 1,000/=.

In case you want to file a complaint, please lodge a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) immediately on arrival before exiting the airport to ensure the claim acceptance.
